Momerco was founded as a company for interim management.

As interim managers, we often were faced with peaks in technical projects, especially in software development, which companies could not cover with their own staff. In order to support during this challenging time, we established co-operations with companies and the Technical University in Cluj / Romania. Cluj is the center of software development in Romania. By this we can provide experienced software developers or take over complete software packages according to companies specifications.

Many of these IT experts or engineers would like to work in Germany for a certain time. Therefore 2018 the JobTIXX concept developed.The basic idea was to create a recruitment process that is transparent, fair and individual for employers and foreign applicants alike.

To secure the promised quality of people and services we opened an office in Cluj-Napoca in 2018.
